Yes, we all "should" exercise. We "should" spend time strength training and getting our heart rate up a few times a week. But life happens, right? You’re busy, you’re tired, and sometimes it feels like the gym is just another thing on your endless to-do list.
Here’s the thing, folks: skipping it today, or this week, or this month—what does that look like down the road? What’s the alternative if you don’t make the time now?
