We welcome CrossFitters with 3 or more months of experience to train with us! The cost is $20 per class. If you're in town for an extended (4 days or longer) stay, contact us for more options.

Group CrossFit Classes are:

Monday-Friday at 5am, 6am, 9am, noon, 4:30pm and 5:30pm.

Saturdays, 8am & 9am.
