Beo Strength and Fitness is located at 4101 War Eagle Drive in Sioux City, just off the Riverside exit of I-29 across from Fareway.
Both! Beo Strength and Fitness is a CrossFit Affiliated gym offering group CrossFit classes, semi-private small group training, and one-on-one personal training. Whether you enjoy the energy of a class or the focus of individualized coaching, we have the right option for you.
Yes! Beo Nutrition offers habit-based coaching to help you make simple, sustainable changes that support your goals. Nutrition is often the missing piece to real changes in how you look and feel.
At Beo, we track progress in multiple ways. Every member has access to InBody scans that show changes in muscle, fat, and body composition. We also use our training app to record workouts, strength numbers, and fitness benchmarks so you can see measurable improvements over time.
Results vary based on your goals, consistency, and nutrition, but most members notice changes in strength, energy, and confidence within the first few weeks. With regular training and support from our coaches, you can expect steady progress in how you look, feel, and perform.
No, we do not offer childcare at Beo. However, we provide convenient class times throughout the day and flexible personal training options to fit your schedule, making it easier for busy moms and dads to prioritize their health and fitness.
Our Group CrossFit Classes run Monday through Friday at 5am, 6am, 9am, noon, 4:30pm, and 5:30pm, plus Saturdays at 8am and 9am. Personal training sessions are scheduled at times that work best for you.
Group CrossFit classes at Beo are one hour long and always start and end on time because we respect your schedule. Personal training sessions can be scheduled for 30 minutes or a full hour depending on your needs.
