10 Pull Ups (Strict) 

20 Push Ups 

30 Air Squats 

 

*Wear a vest if you have one!  

 

*This one is straight through. NOT A SPRINT. Chunk out the pull ups early, same with push ups. Speed through the air squats and attack the run.
