Abby McCoid
Owner & CEO
Abby McCoid is the Owner and CEO of Beo Strength and Fitness, bringing more than a decade of experience in strength training and nutrition coaching. Over the years, she has worked with hundreds of people across all ages and fitness levels, guiding them to achieve lasting health and wellness results.
Abby’s journey with Beo started long before she became its owner. When the gym first opened in 2013, she walked through the doors as a member looking to challenge herself and grow stronger.
Nearly a decade later, in 2022, she purchased Beo and stepped into leadership, committed to carrying forward and expanding the community that first shaped her own fitness journey. Her passion is helping people approach fitness as a lifelong investment, not just a short-term fix.
She believes that strength, vitality, and resilience can be built and improved at every stage of life, and her mission is to help people stay active, capable, and confident well into their later years.

Kellie Ensz
CrossFit Level 1
Coach Kellie was born and raised in Omaha, NE, where she spent much of her life competing in and eventually coaching gymnastics.
In 2001, she earned a BS in Exercise Science and has been working in the fitness industry ever since. After moving to Dakota Dunes with her husband in 2010, Kellie was introduced to CrossFit in 2013. She immediately fell in love with the training style and has never looked back.
What excites her most about CrossFit is the diversity of movements, the opportunity to learn and build new skills, and the way it reignited the competitive drive she once had as a gymnast.
Outside of the gym, Kellie enjoys spending time with her husband, Dave, and their two sons, Zach and Zane. Together, they love traveling and taking in plenty of sporting events.
Caitie Schooley
CrossFit Level 1
Certified Yoga Teacher 200
Born and raised in Sioux City, Caitie has been part of the CrossFit Beo community since 2018. What began as a personal journey quickly grew into a deep passion for the CrossFit methodology, so much so that in January 2025 she earned her CrossFit Level 1 to step into coaching.
For Caitie, CrossFit isn’t about appearance; it’s about testing what the body can do, building resilience, and fostering community. She loves the way fitness can empower people far beyond the walls of the gym, and she is passionate about making sure every athlete feels capable, confident, and supported in their journey.
Her coaching style is upbeat, fun, and encouraging, with an emphasis on clear instruction and smart progression. Her background as a yoga teacher also helps her see and fix misalignments, giving athletes the adjustments they need to move safely, efficiently, and with confidence under the bar. Whether she’s guiding a new member through their first onboarding class or helping seasoned athletes chase PRs, Caitie creates an atmosphere where hard work and laughter go hand in hand.
Outside of coaching, Caitie is a proud mom of two who loves to read and listen to true crime podcasts. She believes in showing up fully; for her athletes, her family, and her community, and she brings that same spirit of empowerment and connection into every class she leads.
